IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please be aware that any yoga is performed at your own risk. Options are offered throughout the classes and it is your responsibility to take the options appropriate to you. You must stop if you experience any pain. When joining an online class I recommend that you practise in a suitable area that provides you with enough space to remain safe throughout. Please let me know if you have any concerns or injuries so that I can offer alternatives for you to take throughout the class. PLEASE NOTE: Prepayment is required for all classes via bank transfer. A full refund is given if the booking is cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice of the class start time. 🙏
