A 90 minute Yin class including a 20-30 minute Yoga Nidra.
A cooler, slower practise where the positions are held for a longer period of time (3-5 minutes) using the props available. Finding stillness in the body and the mind enables the connective tissues to soften and stretch. The class finishes with a 20-30 minute Yoga Nidra (deep yogic sleep) to relax the mind as well as the body. A perfect way to prepare for a good night's sleep!
